The My Gigs platform forms a comprehensive business productivity solution, comprising two dedicated mobile applications designed to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement. The applications are available on iOS devices and are named MyGigs and MyDay respectively.

The MyGigs application is tailored for use by service providers, including both self-employed professionals such as plumbers and electricians, and small business owners like spa operators or family clinics. The MyDay app serves the customers of these service providers, enabling them to conveniently schedule appointments.

Customers can utilize the MyDay app to book appointments with service providers. The scheduling interface displays upcoming appointments in a calendar view, allowing users to modify or cancel bookings as necessary. Once an appointment is completed, service providers have the ability to bill customers directly through the app, with payments accepted via cash, credit card, or debit card.

Service providers also have the option to schedule appointments using the MyGigs application. These appointments are automatically integrated into the provider's calendar. Additionally, service providers can define and manage a range of services they offer, with the ability to organize multiple staff members who may provide various services.
